We have a discounted room block at the Hilton Garden Inn for our guests for the night of April 12, 2025! This room block closes on March 12, 2025 - however, you can still book at this hotel after this date at their regular rate. The after party will also take place here after the reception. These rooms are pet friendly for pets under 75 lbs for an additional $75 fee on top of the room cost. A shuttle from the hotel to the venue will be available. If you will be driving yourself, there is a large parking lot at the venue as well.
