When is the RSVP deadline?

31 March 2026 - This will give us enough time to confirm final numbers for catering etc.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day!

Being a July wedding, we're hoping for amazing weather! With this in mind we'd suggest summer formal.

If I am staying at The Hollies, what time will the transport collect me?

25.07.26 - Transport pick up from The Hollies at midday 5 minute journey to The White Barn Evening Pick up from The White Barn: Midnight Please note: As this is not a shuttle service, these will be the only 2 journey's available. If you'd like a seat please select this in your RSVP. If you would like to leave at an alternative time, please do pre-book your taxis!

How easy is it to find The White Barn?

The White Barn is easy to find! If you take the turning past the Esso garage on the South Petherton roundabout and at the next roundabout take the lane next to the Lopen Raj. It is about a mile down on the left at Frogmary Green Farm. what3words address: ///lads.bakers.messy

Where should I park?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of free parking on site. You can find it on the opposite side of the road to the venue. You are also welcome to leave your car there overnight.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

The only time we ask you not to take photos is during our Ceremony to avoid cameras/phones being in our official wedding photos and videography. Across the rest of the day you are more than welcome to take pictures and we will set up a shared library for you to upload them to share!

Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?

Answer

We’ll do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Please list any needs on your RSVP, and we can put you in touch with our Venue if you would like any further information.

Will there be late-night food?

Answer

Of course! We have an external kiosk serving hot food in the courtyard.

Gifts - what do we need to know?

We don’t need gifts—just you! But for those who do wish to, honeymoon contributions would mean a lot x
