Covid-19 and other FAQs

Question

Will the festivities be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

Question

What is the size of the event?

Answer

We expect about 100 guests, and we will update this number closer to the day of.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear whatever makes you feel your best and that you would also love to dance in!

Question

Is there dedicated parking?

Answer

There will not be dedicated parking for the wedding venue. Portland has above-average public transit you can use, rideshare services, or limited on-street parking. We've added information for several hotels that are walking distance to the venue!

Question

How will food and drink be served?

Answer

Food and drink will be served family style, with all options available to everyone (you will not choose a protein beforehand). There will be a bar with no-proof and alcoholic beverages. Contact us if you have a dietary restriction or food allergy!

Question

I have a food allergy, or accessibility need, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Get in touch with Zoe or Kyle.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 16, 2022. Or earlier!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, bring the kiddos if you please! (Let us know how many are coming.)

Question

Is a COVID-19 test required?

Answer

Yes. We are asking all guests to provide us with proof of negative Covid test for entry. Please take the test within 24 hours of the wedding. You can present a photo of the negative test result at the door or the test itself. We will have tests we can deliver to folks the week before (as requested) or available at the venue door. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Is COVID-19 vaccination required?

Answer

Yes. In addition to a day-of negative COVID test, we are requiring all guests who are attending our wedding to be vaccinated before attending the wedding. You can show your card or a photo of it. If you will not be able to provide proof of vaccination, you will not be allowed to attend. We are asking everyone to confirm they have taken the steps above to keep each other safe. We understand that the situation above may make your attendance of our wedding in-person impossible. This deeply saddens us because we love you and will miss you!

Question

Will masks be required?

Answer

No. At this time, we are planning on not requiring masks in accordance with local guidelines. This considers the fact that we are planning to serve dinner and will already be spending some time maskless as a result. We will have some KN95s available at the door that you are welcome to use if you prefer.
