West Acres Mall
Self-explanatory. There is still an Orange Julius in there, though, if you're looking for a trip straight back to 1992 for a few hours.
Hjemkomst Center
For our history buffs. You know you've always wanted to know more about Scandinavian culture, not to mention the large and in charge Viking Ship inside the building. We dare you to go. Museum hours: Monday-Saturday: 9 am-5 pm Tuesday Evening (Free): 5-8 pm Sunday: 12-5 pm
Plains Art Museum
Open daily from 11-5. The state's largest art museum - a lovely and worthwhile stop if you're into that kind of thing.
Moonrise Cafe
Coffee and pastries right on Broadway in Downtown Fargo. The homemade pop tarts are necessary, the vibes are killer. Great for breakfast and lunch, too.
Bruno's Coffee Company
Our beloved friend and pastry wizard Nancy Olson is responsible for the INSANE lemon whoopie pies here (and all other delectable creations). The cold brew is out of this world, too. A MUST for coffee and pastries!
