We ask everyone to wear their nicest. For men a nice button up, slacks, nice jeans, or a suit. For ladies a nice cocktail or Sunday dress. We do ask that nobody wear white. We will be inside, so you do not have to worry about layering for the cold weather.
The doors will open at 3:30pm for people to come into the ceremony space. We ask everyone to arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start of the wedding so everyone can get settled before it starts.
Good news! Both events will be in the same building so there is no need to travel between events.
We do ask that everyone keep their phones and cameras off and out of sight during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer/videographer who will be capturing this amazing moment. We promise to share the pictures and videos with you. You can however take as many pictures as you want during the reception just be respectful. We will also have our photographer and videographer capturing our big moments during the reception as well.
We have several hotels listed on our travel page. The closest cities are Hopkinsville and Clarksville which have a wide variety of hotels to choose from.
No, please only bring the amount of people who was in and responded to the RSVP. Our venue has restrictions on how many people we can have so we have limited seating.
We do have three registries. One through Walmart, Amazon, and Zola. We will also have a honeymoon fund box at the wedding. It is not required but is appreciated.
Yes, the venue is well insulated and has heat throughout the building.
It will be cold outside so bring a coat for walking to and from the venue. The event is indoors so no need to layer up.
Yes, we will be providing a hot meal and dessert.
We ask that once the procession has started that all guests wait to enter till after everyone has sat.
