When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, this will give you time to mingle and find your seats before the ceremony. Please arrive at 1:50 P.M., at the latest, the venue owner will lock the front gate after that time and will not allow anyone in. This is to limit possible disruptions for the event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we are asking everyone to dress in cocktail attire for an evening fall wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to have a grand party with lots of folks. We wish to celebrate with only close friends and family. We ask that you do not bring a plus one unless your invite states you can.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to have your little one's present. However, this is a time for adults to enjoy themselves. Only children in the wedding party or those directly related to the Bride and Groom are allowed at our event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying in Roseburg or the Seven Feathers Casino in Canyonville. These places are within a 20–30-minute drive to the venue.

Yes, they will have parking at the venue

What if I'm feeling under the weather?

Answer

As much as we would love to have you there to celebrate. We understand that you can't be there and ask you to prioritize your health. We also have loved ones that are immunocompromised and cannot be around sick people for the day.

Do i need to bring anything to the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you please bring your invite with you or a form of ID. To present the wedding event team members, this way they can confirm you are on the guest list.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed other than the bride and grooms.

Answer

Phones are asked to stay put away for the ceremony. We will be hiring a photographer that will be taking lots of lovely photos for us to share with you. During the reception you are more than welcome to utilize your cellular device.

Are there any colors I cant wear?

Answer

We would love to see your style and what looks best on you. We ask the only colors you exempt is white, off white, cream colors, ivory, or super pale pastels that could look white. Any other color is yours for the taking!
