We're getting Married!

Post graduation Cooper got a job teaching art classes for the summer at Hawai'i Prep Academy on the Big Island. This was so exciting for both of them because they loved to travel together! About a month after graduating Cooper and Zoe left on a 10 hour journey to the Big Island. On June 10 we flew from Boston, Logan Airport straight to Honolulu, Oahu and then took a small plane about 40 min to Kona, Hawai'i. They met some amazing people, saw things you thought were only in the movies, and enjoyed how beautiful nature was. They explored coral reefs, lava tubes, rainforests and black sand beaches. They love going on new adventures together and experiencing new things with each other!

After a 45 minute drive they got to Polulu Valley and started hiking down to the amazing black sand beach at the bottom. When they reached the bottom Cooper told Zoe to close her eyes. Zoe happily walked along the beach with her eyes closed. About halfway down she stopped and opened her eyes and her mom was there on the beach. She was so shocked, she gave her a big hug and of course started crying, Cooper taps her on the back and she turns around to see that Cooper is on one knee asking her to marry him. She was so now double shocked and it was hard to get out any words. She tried her hardest to say yes over all the tears. They were so excited because now they are stuck with each other forever!
