Yes! For the wedding party and family attending the rehearsal dinner and staying overnight on the 16th, there will be breakfast provided the morning of the 17th (coffee, fruit, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, OJ, etc.).
For family and the wedding party attending the rehearsal dinner, check-in begins at 2pm on Wednesday, October 16th. For guests checking-in on Thursday, you may arrive as early as noon. Check-out for everyone is Friday the 18th at 10am.
Important: Be sure to use the following address for your GoogleMaps or other navigation tool. 180 Hidden Falls Trail, Ben Lomond, CA 95006 Take Hwy 9 to Ben Lomond. Turn onto Alba Road. Be careful to turn onto Alba Rd. and NOT to turn onto Hubbard Gulch (the entrance to both roads are right next to each other. Hubbard Gulch will not get you to the venue.) 1.3 miles up Alba Road, you will see a sign when you arrive that says “Enter next Left”. Take that next left. You will then see two signs, “Sequoia Retreat Center” and “Welcome”. Follow those signs to the left and continue down the past the Sequoia buildings until you arrive at the "Guest Hub". A Waterfall staff member will meet you there to check in you and provide you with a map of the venue.
Seating will be open to guests starting at 3pm.
Yes, there is parking onsite for guests staying in the cabins. If you do not plan on booking a cabin please reach out to Zoe to discuss parking options.
Yes, guests are welcome to explore the beautiful 80 acre redwood forest. Additionally, guests will be walking from their cabins to the ceremony area and to the reception area. Please bring comfortable shoes. There is one golf cart that will be used to transport guests who are not comfortable walking far distances.
The reception will end at 10pm.
Ches and I love children, and we love dogs even more, but this particular event is 21 and older and no pets allowed.

The events will be mainly outdoors. The ceremony will take place in the redwood grove, followed by the cocktail hour on the outdoor (partially covered) patio, dinner will be outdoors as well and dancing will be inside the lodge. Weather varies in this part of California during the fall so it is recommended to bring layers.
