Obviously, that's okay and to be expected! Our venue will be live streaming the ceremony and it'll be available forever after it's streamed! We plan to have a reception like party in the future to celebrate with all the loved ones and friends that cannot make it. We knew this was a possibility with a destination wedding and apologize if you cannot make it!
We looked into room blocks and seems that booking separately is the way to go! (I.E being quoted $148 a night for each room as opposed to $39 a night booking yourself) BOOK SOON! The Ceremony is off Strip- because of the time differences in needing to be there we will either figure out groups that are staying near each other to ride together or coordinate your own Lyft/uber/taxi. Our reception venue is an 8-minute walk from the chapel. We will plan to walk as a group- if you'd like to not walk, we will uber you to the location
We appreciate all of you taking the consideration to join us for this special event! We understand destination weddings are not "cheap". At this time, hotel stay, and flights will be at everyone's own expense. On the day of-Food and entertainment will be provided.
We personally plan to have a week in Vegas. We will be there MAY 19-23. We do not expect everyone to stay this long- we recommend at least MAY 19-21. We will get together the first night (19th) and will celebrate after the wedding ceremony on the 20TH with the expectation of a pool day the 21st.
