IS THE WEDDING OUTSIDE?
Answer
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully), the ceremony will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately. The average is 50-60 degrees during the day and 30-40 degrees at night.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! The venue does allow outside alcohol so also feel free to bring anything.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part our our wedding party.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding ♡

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 15, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

WHEN CAN I ARRIVE?
Answer
The wedding events will take place on the 5th and 6th, but we have the venue reserved from the 4th to the 8th. You’re welcome to arrive early and settle in, or stay a bit longer after the celebration—feel free to enjoy the property before and after the wedding!

WILL FOOD/ SNACKS BE PROVIDED?
Answer
We’ll be providing snacks at the Welcome Hour, dinner for the reception, dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, and a continental breakfast the next morning. For the rest of the weekend, think of it as a true camping adventure – you'll need to bring your own snacks and meals or enjoy some local eats. We’ve got grills and campfires ready for you to cook up your favorite camp-style meals, so gather around and make it a memorable weekend!

Whether you're renting a car or turning the trip into a fun road adventure, we’ve got plenty of space for vehicles! Bring your car, truck, or RV—there’s room for everyone to park and enjoy the scenic drive to the lakefront compound.

Our camp-style housing is designed for a fun, group-oriented experience! We have several shared sleeping areas, including group sleeping rooms, which means you'll be bunking up with friends and family. Whether you’re in the Main House, The Den, or The Rose Cottage, there’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the weekend together. If you prefer more privacy, we recommend considering nearby hotel options, but please note, this is a remote area and hotels may be limited. Get ready for a cozy, close-knit experience perfect for a weekend away!
