There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails for happy hour. The dinner will be buffet style with Pulled Short Ribs on Grilled Polenta Topped with Red Wine Demi-Glace, Chicken Madeira with Wild Mushroom and Duck Demi-Glace, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Carrot Medallions, Haricots Verts, Yeast Rolls. For those driving, there will be complimentary valet.
