There will be free shuttle transportation provided from both the Comfort Inn and Roundhill suites to the wedding venue on June 8th starting at 4:30 pm ET. Please see the 'FAQs' tab of this website for more details on this transportation.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
For attire, this event is semi-formal. Dresses and suits would be lovely. The grass may be soft in certain areas, so please consider that when choosing shoes!
We cannot wait to see you all! All events on this list are in Eastern time. Please shoot to arrive at the venue around 4:45-5:00 pm ET if you are able! You will be directed to the gardens behind the Inn's main house where the ceremony will be held. Brochures will be passed around while you find your seats. There will also be some refreshments available then including different types of fruit-infused water to stay hydrated during this outdoor portion. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails served during this time. A strings trio will be providing some background music.
Dinner
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Speeches will go on while dinner is being passed around.
Dancing and Desserts
8:00 pm - 10:45 pm
The reception will consist of the first dance, entertainment from The Barons - live band (among other special performances from family members), and cake sharing!
Send-Off
10:45 pm - 11:00 pm
