When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than August 1st, 2024.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to park, shuttle over to the ceremony venue, find your seat, and get settled in. If you have arrived after 4pm, we ask that you please refrain from entering the ceremony area and stand at the back, as to not cause any disruption.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you visit our website to RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and family. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a fun date night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be limited and located at a separate location where you will arrive and be transported over to the ceremony and reception area. Transportation will also be provided back to your vehicle at the end of the night. There will be no street parking available at the location of the ceremony and reception. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you carpool if at all possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided from hotels to the ceremony and there are no Ubers or ride sharing available in the area. If you find at the end of the night that you are unable to drive home, please let us know and we will be happy to help you get home safely.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you to dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal or cocktail attire for the evening. No jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers, please! Women, please refrain from wearing white, cream, ivory, or any shade of white, as those are reserved for the bride.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If the weather allows, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held under a tent. In the event of less than perfect weather, the ceremony will be held under the reception tent. Please dress accordingly for the weather conditions that day. Since we will be outdoors, there will be some grassy areas, so please keep that in mind for your choice of footwear.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? Are there any nearby hotels?

Answer

You can find details of three recommended nearby hotels under the "Travel" tab of our website. Being less than 15 minutes from the airport, there are dozens of other options, and you are more than welcome to stay somewhere else of your choosing.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are happy to provide our guests with beer, wine, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beverages. If you will be drinking, please have a plan to get home safely at the end of the night.
