This is where we will be staying for the party we recommend planning to stay there Friday 4/11 through Sunday 4/13 or join a day early if you want to take the Friday day trip to the beaches in Puerto Viejo! The hotel website does not allow for reservations so you either have to contact them directly and ask for the room block for "Plummer" or just email me (Addis) directly and I share pricing and add you to a room.

Residence Inn San Jose Escazu

We recommend staying here while in San Jose. It's a beautiful location and breakfast is included. You can stay when you arrive and/or the night before flying out.

Travel Note

Inter-country Travel

We will provide a shuttle from San Jose to Siquirres and back for the main event. Some folks are comfortable renting a car and driving (keep in mind that roads are not always well marked). If you are familiar with Costa Rica, you can also take the local buses which are very cheap and clean. I recommend taking Interbus for transfers within the country; it's reliable, air conditioned and cheaper than private transfers.

Some folks asked about all inclusive options before or after the party. This is the hotel that we recommend. Please note that Guanacaste is about 4 hrs. away from San Jose and we recommend that you fly into Liberia or our of Liberia if you are beginning or ending your journey there.
