What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If driving, please arrive by 3:00 PM to ensure you are seated in time for the ceremony to start. The final shuttle will arrive at approximately 3:15 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is ample, free parking at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! We will include dietary restrictions when RSVPs are open

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love all your children (little ones and adults), but our budget unfortunately does not permit additional guests. Only guests named on the invitation will be able to RSVP

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be running starting 2 hours before the ceremony and again for 2 hours after the reception ends. If you arrive on the early shuttle, there is a public bar attached to the venue where you can relax until closer to the ceremony start time.

Cocktail/Semi-Formal/Formal attire.

What should I do if I’m staying at the recommended hotel?

Answer

If you are planning to arrive on the day of the wedding, please contact the hotel about early check in. The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM and check in begins at 3:00 PM. The pre-wedding shuttle will do a final pickup at the hotel at 2:45 PM. If you are arriving the day before, shuttles will pick up from the hotel at 1:30 PM and 2:45 PM.
