WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by August 15th with the number of guests expected to attend from your party. You can RSVP by following the "RSVP" link at the top of the page.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

Yes! Under "Travel" we have accommodated a set number of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Pflugerville and Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn & Suites. If you need a room, you will be able to click on the booking links for any of the 2 hotels.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! For any event at the hotel venue, free parking is available.
