When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please send your RSVPs in by August 9th 2023. Feel free to mail/text/QR Code your RSVP back to us.

Answer

Yes. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is dressy-casual. Ladies should wear a dress or pant suit, and the gentlemen should wear a dress shirt or suit and tie/sport coat. **Anything slightly dressier than your good jeans**

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure you don't miss the beautiful ceremony.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is available at Terrace 167 free of charge. Please leave cars overnight if you are drinking as we will be providing a free shuttle back to the hotel.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. Following the meal, you will be able to celebrate outdoors should the weather cooperate.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We've hired a professional photographer to capture how this moment looks with their camera, so you can capture how it feels with your hearts. Feel free to take pictures after the ceremony and share them with us!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour inside while the family takes photos. There will also be hors d'oeuvres to share for all at the cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar (Rail, Call, Premium, Bottled Beer, Tap Beer, Wine, Champagne, Soda) for 4 hours during cocktail hour, dinner and part of the reception. Following that, we will provide Tap Beer, Wine, Champagne and Soda. Should you want anything in addition to this, the bar accepts cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be having a sit-down meal buffet style. We will be serving Salad and Bread, Sautéed Chicken Tenderloin in Herbed White Wine Sauce, Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Balsamic Reduction, Gratin of Potatoes with White Cheddar and Tarragon and Fresh Green Beans with Pancetta. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate!

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception will conclude at 11:30 pm. We would be happy to meet you out after the wedding. Let us know where you are going so we can join!
