Hotel
We wanted to share a quick update following our recent trip to Portugal. After seeing everything in person, we have decided to give guests full flexibility on accommodations. We saw the hotel, Vila Gale, in person, and were unfortunately a bit disappointed. The location is amazing, but the hotel itself was outdated and touristy. We also stopped by Innside (the original hotel on the street where the city party is taking place the night before our wedding), and they shared that if you request to be in Block B, the rooms should be quieter. Lastly, we toured The Lince, which is a bit farther out of town, but is a great option and is where we’ll be staying. We have group discounts at all three locations – if you’re interested, please reach out to either of us, so we can provide more information. All that being said, please feel free to stay wherever suits your needs best, whether that be one the hotels listed above or an Airbnb downtown (of which there are many). We would love if you could let us know where you end up booking, so we can coordinate shuttles accordingly–they will likely be leaving from the city center and from The Lince.

A shuttle will run from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony begins, then at staggered times back to the hotel toward the end of the night.
Flight
We recommend you fly into Porto then take a car or train into Braga!
