Is your wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our wedding venue, Sparrow Valley Retreat, is an entirely outdoor venue! Indoor bathrooms will be available. June is dry season in the Santa Cruz Mountains so we do not anticipate any inclement weather or cold temperatures (feel free to bring an extra layer just in case though!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A shuttle is required to take our guests to and from our venue, no on-site parking is available. Please refer to the shuttle schedule under the "Travel" tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress in Cocktail or Semi-Formal attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please be sure to specify any allergies on your invitation RSVP or let the bride/groom know.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a Welcome Reception on Friday, June 12th which will function as our rehearsal dinner. All wedding invitees are welcome! This event will be at the Seacliff Inn (our hotel block location) on their Lawn from 5:30 - 9:00 pm. Dinner and drinks will be provided.

How do I know if I'm invited to the Welcome Reception on Friday?

Answer

As a thank you to all our guests who are traveling our Welcome Reception will be open to all wedding guests! Please indicate on your wedding invitation response whether you're planning on coming.

Question

Where should we send registry items to?

Answer

We request that any registry items be sent to our home in California to avoid any transit issues between the Midwest and CA. If attending the Bridal Shower please follow suit, we promise your gifts will be acknowledged! We are so grateful and want to thank everyone in advance!
