We were actually laying down talking one night. It had only been a few months since the day we had met. We met in the Summer of 2006. Our deal was, whoever asked the other person to become their girlfriend (yes, we were young and corny), the other person would have to propose to the other. That is exactly what happened. Ten years later we were engaged.

For our tenth anniversary we decided we would take a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate. We had made reservations at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant for dinner. We also bought tickets to get to the very top of the Eiffel Tower prior to dinner. Once we were at the very top, everything slowed down. The waterfalls were going slowly. The traffic, which was everywhere was moving slowly. We couldn't hear a thing. There was a small breeze, which made everything perfect. When Zerenna proposed it was the most amazing proposal. It seemed as if everything around us had stopped. It was just her and I in that perfect moment♡
