We have reserved room blocks at both hotels listed below, conveniently located next to each other and connected by a shared lobby.
Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttle buses will depart from the hotels on Friday at 3:15 PM.
For everyone’s convenience, the venue does not allow overnight parking. Please plan for a safe ride home, or take advantage of the provided shuttle—thank you!

For one night stays, please contact the hotel. If you're arriving on Friday, we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to request an early check-in. Should your room not be ready upon arrival, the front desk will gladly store your luggage until you return.
