Please RSVP by July 15th so that we can get an accurate head count for catering!
Arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time so that there are a few minutes for socialization and time to find your seats! If you need assistance finding a seat, please see one of the four ushers.
Our guest list is close to the max capacity for the venue. If you would like to include a guest that is not included on your invitation or if you submit information in error, please reach out to Emily via e-mail at emilyovertoom@gmail.com or by cell phone at 320-200-8462.
For registry information, see the 'Registry' tab!
There is a large grass parking area at our venue. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight at the wedding venue, we encourage you to do so as our contract with the venue does include this benefit, but please be sure to pick up your vehicle by 11 am on Sunday.
We will have transportation from the reception to the Hampton Inn and Suites! If you are staying at a hotel or accommodation other than the Hampton Inn you will be able to use a local taxi service from the Hampton! If you wish to drive yourself we ask that you arrange a ride for yourself or remain sober and safe.
We want our guests to be comfortable and have a great time. We recommend causal cocktail hour attire but want to emphasize that the ceremony does take place outdoors so be mindful of your choice in footwear. In case of inclement weather, we have the option of moving the ceremony indoors.
If you have a severe food allergy or dietary restriction please reach out to one of the parties listed at the top of the page. We will do our best to accommodate any allergies or food restrictions, but we cannot promise that we will be able to meet all requests. For any accommodations we cannot meet, guests are able to bring a meal of their own to enjoy at the reception.
See the 'Travel' tab for accommodation recommendations.
The bar will be an open bar; however, we will be having a dollar dance after the reception! We also recommend bringing some cash to tip your amazing bartenders for all their hard work!
