We met in 2007 when we were 16 years old. We were in the same gym class in high school and Michael pegged a volleyball at the back of my head while he was serving the ball. I commented on Michael's MySpace page about it and we started instant messaging on AIM after school (this story is so 2000s). On January 18, 2008 Michael came to my house with a bouquet of flowers, knocked on the door, and said "Will you be my girlfriend?" I said yes, and he went home. That was over 13 years ago and we have been together ever since, growing up together and changing each year. After what seemed like 1,850 years, Michael finally proposed to me on April 19, 2019 on a bridge in Nashville, Tennessee. FINALLY!!! The entire world rejoiced at this miracle. As you know, we originally planned this wedding for last year 7/18/2020. Unfortunately, 2020 had other plans. 🙃 We have re-scheduled for this year on July 10th and we CANNOT WAIT to celebrate with you all! :)
