Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation -that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is April 15, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

Question

What should I wear ?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is semi formal/cocktail attire. For Example: Women are more than welcome to wear any semi-formal dress they would like (we aren't hosting the MET gala, so don't think you have to dress too fancy). Men can wear a button-up, dress pants/khakis, and a suit jacket (if they so desire). Feel free to reach out with any questions! All wedding events will take place indoors with plenty of air conditioning.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of children in the wedding party and immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Question

Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as "Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest." If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Question

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a selection of red & white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee.

Answer

Yes we do! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Embassy Suites and at Hotel Deco. Please be sure to book your room by May 1st under our names to get our rate. In addition to the two options there are plenty of hotels in the downtown area to choose from.

Question

Answer

Hotel deco does offer transportation from their hotel to the venue. Please be sure to contact them to make arrangements ahead of time. Embassy suites is a short walk from the venue, so they do not offer transportation.

Answer

The Embassy Suites offers valet at $23/car for overnight, Hotel Deco also offers valet parking for $25/car for overnight. otherwise guests are able to self-park in any of the nearby parking lots. For an up-to-date list of free or paid parking in omaha, please visit their website for a map ( https://www.parkomaha.com/parking ) Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 4:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you stand it the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!
