Garden Attire: Sundresses, floral prints, linen attire or suits in lighter hues. Pinterest board for ideas: https://www.pinterest.com/ziemaw/garden-party/ Not required to stick to the outfits on the board Wedding party will be in shades of green, cream and rust. Please no jeans, green suits or white dresses. Ceremony and Dinner will be outside on grass. Dinner and Dancing will be under tents. Dancing will be on a paved dance floor.

We're driving in- is there parking?

Answer

The venue has plenty of public parking spaces! Note: do not use the driveway with the white Quivey's sign. Use the larger driveway close to the Country Inn Hotel.

We're staying at a hotel - how do we get to the venue?

Answer

Both hotels are within walking distance of the venue! The Country Inn is just across the parking lot and lawn of the venue. The Staybridge Suites is .3 miles away, about a 10 minute walk. Note: this hotel is on a small hill

What will I be eating?

Answer

Dinner is a pre-plated meal of either a chicken dish, a mushroom dish or a kid's meal. The mushroom option comes vegan and gluten free.

There will be an open bar with a small selection of beers, wines and signature cocktails. There will also be lemonade, water and coffee available.

That's so far! What's travel like? Where can I stay?

Answer

Madison has a lovely airpot that typically has layovers in Chicago. Roadtripping from Toronto will take about 11 hours. Once you're in Madison, it's about a 30 minute drive from the airport to the venue and hotel locations. There there are a couple of hotels just a few minutes away from the venue, by car and by foot! Hotel details are provided in the travel section.

Answer

August is a special month for us. It's when we met and when we got engaged, it felt appropriate to get married this month too.

Why the city choice?

Answer

We have decided to keep towards the tradition of having a wedding in the bride's hometown.
