How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation.

When is my RSVP due by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than October 1st. (P.s. The faster you RSVP... the sooner you get to eat dinner!)

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is written on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to the wedding as an intimate event with our closest friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your littles! However, unless a child is explicitly listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30, so please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find a seat.

Where does the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all take place at Crowne Plaza San Marcos. Attendants will be around to guide you to from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception area that is on a covered terrace.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! No whites, creams, or ivories please! The bridesmaids will be in long gowns with traditional colors of the sunset (purple, red, orange, and yellow), as that is our overarching theme. Although the weather should be perfect, it’s encouraged to bring an extra layer once the temperature drops.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will not be offering a room block, as it gives guests a wider variety of options to choose from. Of course, we recommend staying and booking early with Crowne Plaza San Marcos for your convenience, but there are many Airbnb/VRBO alternatives in the Downtown Chandler area alone.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is ample parking at the hotel and within the Downtown Chandler area as well if you are not staying the night in the area.

Can I share pictures of your special day on social media?

Answer

Yes, but we kindly ask that you tag us @ziatyree and @hwhalen93 so that we can be a part of it! Otherwise, we’d love the opportunity to share our professional pics to the grid first!

Will there be a open bar?

Answer

YES! We will also have some signature drinks on top of the usuals. Don’t forget to tip your bartender!

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ve hired an amazing team to capture our special day, and we want you to be able to sit in the moment with us. Thank you for understanding!
