What about COVID?

Answer

With the situation constantly changing, we will be posting updates as we get closer to time. As of now, all guests are asked to bring masks. Please wear them in the buffet line and any other time social distancing is not possible. At the reception, we will be sitting families/households together as much as possible and keeping plenty of space between each table. In the end, we want all guests to feel safe and comfortable and will do everything we can to ensure that happens.

Does the hotel offer shuttle service from the Mesa airport?

Answer

No, the Hampton no longer offers a shuttle from the Mesa airport. You can rent a car or use Uber or Lyft to get to and from.

When do I have to book a room by to get the group rate?

Answer

In order to book into the room block that we have set up at the Hampton, reservations must be made by October 22, 2021. Rooms are available at a first come first serve basis. Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a complimentary shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back. Uber and Lyft are also options.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be beer and wine available as well as soft drinks. All soft drinks will be complimentary, beer and wine will be a cash bar.
