When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond no later than Monday, April 21st, 2025 so we can get a headcount for our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is black-tie optional/formal. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area and reception on the terrace with dancing and music indoors. Please keep in mind when making your shoe selections that the outdoor area has a mix of uneven surfaces (stone, pebble, grass).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were given a plus-one, there will be an option to add them when you go to RSVP. Otherwise, invitations are limited to named individuals only. Thanks for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking at the back of the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to the ceremony. However, shuttles will be provided at the end of the night from the venue to the hotel block and downtown Raleigh (Raleigh Marriott City Center). Please indicate how many members of your party would like to take the shuttle at the end of the night when you go to RSVP. Per the venue, rideshares do not pick up from our venue at nighttime so please arrange transportation beforehand if you do not plan on taking the shuttle. For guests that want to arrange group transportation to the venue, our planner has recommended White Horse Transportation which can accommodate groups of 11 (maximum). What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5 pm promptly. Note that our wedding coincides with the beginning of beach weekend in North Carolina so traffic will be heavier than usual going out to the venue so plan accordingly but please do not arrive more than 30 minutes in advance!
