We're Getting Married!

It all began in high school—Zhané had transferred into a new Spanish class. That's where she met Rahim. Their eyes locked across the room, and in that moment, it felt like something out of a rom-com. Rahim was the first to introduce himself, making Zhané feel welcome right away. And when they found out their seats were next to each other, it was like fate was pulling them together. Rahim started calling her his "hermosa compañera de clase" (beautiful Spanish class partner), and Zhané couldn’t help but smile every time. Their bond grew quickly, especially after one afternoon when Rahim got kicked out of class for talking too much (classic, right?). Needing the homework assignment, he asked Zhané for it after class. But in a bit of a mix-up, Zhané accidentally sent him the wrong one. Rahim called her up to sort it out giving her the correct assignment—and that’s when the phone calls began. What started as a homework error turned into hours of conversations, laughter, and a growing friendship. Before long, in the middle of the high school hallway, Rahim nervously asked Zhané to be his girlfriend. From that day forward, they’ve been inseparable. They’ve shared so many amazing experiences—prom nights, vacations, and endless adventures around the world. They’ve kayaked through the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas, swum with dolphins, and zip-lined through the lush jungles of the Dominican Republic. Each of these adventures brought them closer, as they continued to learn, grow, and love each other more deeply with every passing year. Through all the adventures, big and small, Zhané and Rahim have become a team, supporting each other and building a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. As they stand on the brink of this next chapter, they’re filled with excitement and anticipation for what’s to come.
