Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Everyone will be able to park at the property upon arrival. We will have cones set up to guide parking. The ceremony and reception will all take place at the same location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Enjoy this kid-free evening as a date night and have some fun! We have decided not to have children at the wedding. Thank you in advance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are doing a garden party/cocktail attire. Feel free to wear fun colors and patterns that are popular for spring. Our wedding colors are all things spring (pinks, yellow, blues, greens) A little direction if needed:) Cocktail Attire: Men- collared shirts, no shorts or jeans Women- spring formal, no red, ivory or white.

Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block under Gutermuth/Holland at Fairfield by Marriott Inn by the winery. You can call and book under the name above. The address is 222 Gordon Ln, Shelbyville, KY 40065, phone: 5024619599, the manager's name is Shannon. You must be booked if getting the block discount by April 15, 2026.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoor?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors. There will be umbrellas, a large tent, and a barn on the venue property- but the entirety of the wedding will be outside.

Can I have my cellphone out during ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all phones are kept put away and on silent mode during the ceremony. We will have photography and videography, and it looks much cleaner without phones being held up. Sit back and enjoy the moment, thank you in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and keeping the wedding intimate, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. All plus ones will be noted on the invitation or rsvp scan code. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Zach at 502-655-8570. When you rsvp on the qr code it will drop all the names in your invites party. From there you can rsvp for individuals in the group.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP must be in by April 8th, 2026, for us to accommodate the invitation at the event. Thank you in advance for your help. We will miss celebrating with you, but we will need this headcount well enough in advance to accommodate our vendor's needs.

Will there be a bar & what food will be served?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar and a cocktail hour. We are doing a food truck with our favorite bar food and hand-held food, appetizers, and plenty of snacks and desserts.

Ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, please arrive between 3:20 and be seated by 3:45 for seating. Cocktail hour 4:45 to 5:45 pm First dance and wedding party entrance 5:00 pm Dinner begins at 6:00 pm and into the night (feel free to go up and order more French fries, fried pickles, and all the best bar snacks!) Dances/Speeches 6:30-7:15 pm Open dance floor 7:15-10:00 pm Grand sparkler exit!!! 10:00 pm

How do I rsvp?

Answer

Your invitation will have QR code to rsvp on the website. Just scan it by phone, type in your name, and it will pull up all those invited under your name. You can rsvp for all the guests listed. If you have trouble with the QR code, feel free to RSVP by calling or texting Zach's cell @ 5026558570

Answer

SDF in Louisville and LEX in Lexington are equal distances from Shelbyville, Ky.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to the hotel block between 9-11pm. If you need assistance getting back to your car, both our parents can help shuttle back to farm the next morning. Please choose responsibly :)
