CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to be with us on our special day. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you are RSVP’ing for yourself and your guest. Due to limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

You know us! This is your moment to strut your looks and dress to impress. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

While we are having an unplugged ceremony to ensure our photographer is able to capture our beautiful moment without any issues, we encourage that you take photos and videos at all throughout the reception to share this memory with us. When posting to social media please be sure to use our hashtag #FallinLovewithTheHarris’s

The Ceremony and The Reception will be held at the same location.

Answer

Yes! The venue offers ample parking.

WILL THE CEREMONY/RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an 30 mins before the start of the ceremony to ensure you get to your seat in time. Please plan for potential traffic and wait times for Uber/Lyft.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for cocktail hour.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

YES! Drinks are on us! We will be serving our signature cocktails and a selection of beers for all of our guest 21+ & non-alcoholic beverages for all.

WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?

We do have diet accommodations. This will be listed on your invitation, please be sure to check off any restrictions.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

September Weather in Dallas Texas, United States. Daily high temperatures decrease by 9°F, from 93°F to 84°F, rarely falling below 74°F or exceeding 99°F. Daily low temperatures decrease by 10°F, from 74°F to 65°F, rarely falling below 54°F or exceeding 79°F.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? DO I NEED TO MAIL BACK MY RSVP OR CAN I DO IT ONLINE?

To ensure your attendance for our special day, our RSVP deadline will be August 12, 2023. Please keep in mind that every head cost, and those who did not RSVP by the deadline listed above will not be permitted into the wedding. Please be sure to keep us informed should there be any changes to your RSVP after the deadline. RSVP’s can be made by mail and online.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

VENUE POLICY

Answer

Due to guidelines set in place by the venue, we ask the all guest refrain from smoking on the premises. Please note this is not BYOB, alcoholic beverages not served by the bartenders will not be permitted on the premises.
