Hi everyone! Cicely here…. The bestie boo hailing from freshman year 8 am Biology 101 lectures and Bethune Cookman dorm. Zenovia was the first friend I made at Howard University; apparently, I know how to pick them well. We’ve grown from classmates to friends to besties to family to essential personnel. I’m honored to be a part of this momentous day celebrating Zenovia and Eric’s love and commitment. Thank you for arranging this whole wedding shindig so that I can finally be a bridesmaid. 😉

So Zz and I became friends through a mutual freshman year at The Mecca (H UUUU). I don’t remember whether we were in the cafeteria or in the dorm when we met, but there was a connection almost instantly. To put it bluntly, she’s just as crazy as me in many ways. I was honored to be there for many moments that happened between us including too many inside jokes not for public consumption LOL (many of which I still don’t know the origins). I was honored that she chose me, Biskit (another insider nickname that she gave me), as her friend. That honor is now compounded by being gifted the honor of standing behind her at the altar. Zenovia means more to me than she may ever know. Girl, let’s get you married and bury some of these skeletons for good (haha, right) - Kalena Michele Boller, Bridesmaid and friend of 25 years.
