When Should I RSVP By?

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Yes! Formal wear is required. We are asking that our family and friends dress up with us. Our reception will take place under a pavilion tent, so while it is covered, it is still an outdoor setting. We recommend choosing attire and footwear that are both stylish and weather-appropriate. Formal wear for the gentleman includes a jacket and tie, traditional suit, or a tuxedo. For the ladies, floor length or midi dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers. We ask that ALL guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride: white, cream, or ivory.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we’re unfortunately only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive to the Church of the Divine Child around 12:30 PM - 12:45 PM. The ceremony starts promptly at 1:00 PM.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be a full Catholic Mass, which is a sacred and deeply meaningful sacrament for us. We kindly ask all of our guests to be fully present and reverent during this holy celebration. Out of respect for the sanctity of the Mass, we request that you put your cell phone away and on silent during the entirety of the mass.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

The cocktail hour begins at 5:30 PM which includes an open bar an hors d'oeuvres. The reception will begin promptly at 6:30 PM which includes an open bar, dinner, and dancing!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Aside from the children participating in the bridal party, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. If your child(ren) are not included on the invitation, we truly hope you understand and are able to enjoy this as a well-deserved evening out!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Due to final guest count deadlines needed by our vendors, if we do not receive an RSVP by the date provided, you will be marked DECLINED. We will miss celebrating with you and hope you understand.

WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND?

Answer

We will miss you! Please RSVP DECLINED. If you have already RSVP'd but later find out you cannot attend, please contact Paige as soon as possible.
