IMPORTANT: If the room block is showing to be out of rooms, please let us know ASAP so we can call the hotel to increase the block!!! This is where we will be hosting our welcome event and providing transportation to and from the wedding. The Fairfield Inn is the sister property and directly next door to the Crown Plaza in case of overflow - in this case, please contact the hotel directly and ask to speak to Grant if you have any issues - he will take care of it and get you a room.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony

May 30, 2026 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm

Please be prompt and on time for 4pm in the lobby! PLEASE NOTE: If you miss this shuttle, there will not be another until 5:30pm, and at that point you will be missing the ceremony but should still make at least part of the cocktail hour and reception.

A shuttle will be running once at the end of the reception (11pm) and then again at the end of the after party (1am).
