We’re excited to celebrate our big day with you at our stunning riverfront venue! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful Lowndes Grove, located at: 266 St Margaret St, Charleston, SC 29403

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM EST. To ensure a smooth and timely start, we kindly request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes early, allowing ample time for seating before the festivities commence.

WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Dress up with us! We invite you to join us in formal attire, black-tie optional, for this special occasion. While tuxedos and gowns are welcome, a suit or cocktail dress is also perfectly appropriate. However, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Choose attire that allows you to feel at your best and fully enjoy the celebration. Please note that some events will be outdoors on the lawn, so choose your footwear accordingly.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather pending, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with the reception being held under a tent. Guests will also have full access to the main house on the property should you wish to explore all the beauty and history Lowndes Grove has to offer!

How soon should I book my accommodations?

Answer

As soon as possible! Charleston is thriving, and accommodations tend to book quickly. We highly recommend securing your hotel or rental well in advance. Please note, our reserved hotel blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The city and the surrounding areas offer endless charm and adventure! From remarkable dining spots and beautiful beaches to unique shopping destinations, there’s so much to enjoy.
