When do I need to RSVP at the latest?
Answer
Please let us know you will be joining us by June 30th, 2025. Your response helps us finalize all details and makes sure there is a seat with your name on it!

Can I bring a plus one and are children allowed?
Answer
When you enter your first and last name in the RSVP section of our website, you’ll see the names of the guests included in your party. Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed attend. We love your little ones, but we’re only able to accommodate children from our immediate families. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please come dressed in semi formal attire. Since the event will be hosted in mid August, we recommend dressing for the season and weather! Floral prints are welcome! Wedding theme is modern boho! Color palette of cream, blush, tan/taupe, mauve, and sage/eucalyptus greens!

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes. There is parking located at the entrance of Mcmenamins, directly off Cornelius Pass and a second parking lot located behind the venue.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will be promptly on time. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
🌿 Ceremony: In the grassy field at the Wedding Grove 🍽️ Reception: Outdoors in front of the Octagonal Barn 💃 Dancing: Inside the Octagonal Barn, along with a photobooth!

What should I do once I arrive at the ceremony?

Please snap a pic for our Polaroid guest book 📷 Grab a water 💧 And find a seat anywhere you’d like — it’s open seating! 🪑 We’re so glad you’re here!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We’re happy to treat each guest to one complimentary alcoholic drink during cocktail hour with a drink ticket at each guests (21 and older) seat to help kick off the celebration! After that, a cash bar will be available for additional beverages. There will also be appetizers available!

What will the seating arrangement be for the reception?
Answer
There will be assigned seating for the reception by table number. Please refer to the seating chart near the octagonal barn to find your spot!

Can we request the DJ to play a song?

We’d love to hear the music that gets you dancing! Please keep song choices family-friendly — we'll have little ones and grandparents on the dance floor too!

A Taste of the Islands In celebration of our upcoming honeymoon to Maui, we’re excited to share a Hawaiian-inspired buffet with our guests! Sides & Salads – Hawaiian sweet rolls with butter – Basil-cilantro rice – Classic Hawaiian macaroni salad – Stir-fried vegetables Entrees – Huli Huli chicken thighs – Slow-roasted Kalua pork Desserts – Lilikoi-coconut tart – Ruby’s raspberry cheesecake – And of course, our wedding cake: • Red velvet with cream cheese frosting • Banana cake with cream cheese frosting We hope you come hungry and ready to enjoy a little island flavor!

For our vegan and vegetarian guests, we’ll be serving a delicious portabella mushroom dish paired with a creamy white bean purée — a flavorful option everyone will enjoy!
