We used to feel weird telling how we met, but it was through an online dating app called OkCupid. We both worked a lot of hours and were sick of the bar scene, so we both ended up on this app. Little did we know that we would end up getting engaged! Both of us were skeptical at first about the app, but after talking for awhile, we decided to meet in person. We went on a nice lunch date and hit it off. The rest is history, and we are now proud to say how we met. We have OkCupid to thank because our paths would not have crossed if it wasn't for that app.

We were vacationing down in Key West FL. Evan had booked a sushi boat cruise, where we ate delicious sushi and cruised around beautiful Key West at sunset. He said to me, "wow look at that sky, do you want to go over and take some pictures?", to which I absolutely agreed to. As I'm taking pics, he is down on one knee waiting for me to turn around. I noticed I couldn't hear him talking in the distance and turn around & of course there he is on one knee. It was a wholesome and sweet proposal and I wouldn't change a thing about it. A trip to remember.
