When is the RSVP deadline?

Please let us know by July 1, 2025. You can RSVP on our wedding website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal and formal attire is required for the day of the wedding. We kindly ask that all guests ensure that their formal attire satisfies our color scheme: shades of pink, burgundy or wine, and cream. Please see the dress code tab for more details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. We kindly ask that our celebration be adults-only.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved blocks at the following hotel which is connected to the venue: Residence Inn Avon: Please call 440-937-0909 and ask for “Jones Wedding Block” Please book by July 8, 2025 to receive the group rate

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm so we can begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, everything will take place at indoors, with the cocktail hour having access to the patio area, at the Emerald Event Center.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Due to limited space, we're only able to extend plus ones to married couples and significant others we know personally. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We don’t have a traditional gift registry. Your presence is truly the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we would be so grateful for a gift toward our travel fund as we plan our next adventure together. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar serving wine and champagne. In keeping with our faith, we’ve chosen to offer a limited selection of beverages. We appreciate your understanding.

Are there any alternative ways to give to the travel fund other than through Zola

Answer

Yes, absolutely! In addition to Zola, you’re welcome to contribute to our travel fund via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay using Zella’s phone number. Please just include “Travel Fund” in the memo so we know what it’s for. Thank you so much for your generosity!
