Shuttle to and from Venue

December 31, 2023 7:00 pm - 12:45 am

There will be one shuttle departing from the Doubletree Hilton lobby area at 7:00 PM, which can accommodate up to 28 passengers. It will arrive at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens around 7:15 PM. Guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott are also welcome to use this shuttle service. That shuttle will depart from the venue around 12:40 AM and drop off at the same location at the Doubletree Hilton.

Alternative Transportation Options

We recommend Uber/Lyft as an option for those unable to take the shuttle, it will take 10-15 minutes to get to and from the venue from both hotels. If driving, there is ample free parking at the venue and if needed, guests may leave vehicles overnight and pick them up the next day. IAD - Dulles International Airport

This is the best place to fly into. You could go to DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport) if it is easier for you to get there.
