Where is the wedding?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at Poplar Hall. The ceremony will be held outdoors by the river if weather permits. Please note that Poplar Hall is a cashless venue.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking right at the venue itself, however, if you have a room booked at the Courtyard Appleton Riverfront, it is encouraged you park there and walk over to Poplar Hall (only a few steps away). Please do not park at the hotel if you haven't reserved a room.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you are able so we can update our vendors! RSVPs are formally due on June 30th, 2025.

What should I expect at the Welcome Party?

Answer

All guests are invited to the Welcome Party on Friday, August 22nd from 7-9 pm at the Appleton Beer Factory. Please do not arrive before 7:00pm as we will be wrapping up the Rehearsal Dinner. Food/drinks will be available for purchase. We hope to see you there!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. The bridesmaids will be wearing terracotta and the groomsmen will be wearing tuxedos.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.
