This super fun black owned store helps you take the perfect selfies! They provide you with various spaces that are all themed differently, as well as a tripod for you to take pictures with via bluetooth! Make memories while you're in NoVA! It is $20 - $25 for 1 hour of picture taking fun!
National Museum of African American History and Culture
The National Museum of African American History and Culture is not in NoVA but we thought it was worth putting on the list. This is the only national museum devoted exclusively to the documentation of African American life, history, and culture. It was established by Act of Congress in 2003, following decades of efforts to promote and highlight the contributions of African Americans. To date, the Museum has collected more than 36,000 artifacts and nearly 100,000 individuals have become members. The Museum opened to the public on September 24, 2016, as the 19th and newest museum of the Smithsonian Institution.
ESP Tea & Coffee
This is hands down our favorite place to grab coffee or tea and chill for a few hours. We get work done here, have fun and even go to their Kava nights on Saturdays! They also have open mic nights which are awesome to cozy up to and listen to the night life.
