We met in October of 2019 at Opal Dance Club in Lake Tahoe, CA. Zeb was stationed in Fallon Nevada for military training and the only thing to do on the weekends was to drive into South Lake Tahoe for some fun. Taylor was in South Lake Tahoe with friends for the weekend, and Saturday was dance night. We both ended up at Opal Dance Club, dancing and talking the night away. For the next six months, we took turns flying between Sacramento and San Diego dating long distance and adventuring around CA. In March 2020, Covid hit and made seeing each other that much more difficult. Zeb left on deployment in May 2020, where we grew closer through emails and phone calls while apart for ten months. When Zeb returned at the end of February 2021, Taylor moved down to San Diego where we moved in together. Zeb proposed to Taylor in July 2021 before we embarked on our new adventure, living and working in Mississippi where we currently reside.
