When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our guest count and seating arrangements. To RSVP go to the RSVP tab of our website and select if you will be attending.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 4PM and be seated by 4:15PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, floor length dresses, or suit and tie.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is .2 miles from the Marriot hotel (about a 5 minute walk). Transportation will not be provided due to the proximity of the venue to the hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is limited street parking available. However, there are two parking garages located close to the venue. -Penn Square Garage (by the Marriot Hotel) -East King Street Garage (across the street from venue)

Are kids invited?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to invite the children who are specifically named on the invitation. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements if needed, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are the ceremony & reception at the same locations?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Excelsior in downtown Lancaster.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors. If the skies have other plans we will bring the celebration indoors. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors. The reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor spaces throughout the night.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We will coordinate with our caterer to ensure there is a suitable option available for you.
