Did Zea fall for a Frog Camp facilitator? Yes, yes she did! We met at Texas Christian University's Frog Camp. Zea was a freshman attending camp and just so happened to ask the cutest boy in the room how to do the K Wayne. Jeromy taught her and they became fast friends. In getting to know one another, Zea and Jeromy began to attend church together and find a community within their church's college ministry. While falling more in love with the Lord, they fell in love with each other! Here's to a lifetime of chasing Jesus together!

In 2019, Jeromy bought a ring. He knew Zea was the one. In November of 2020, Zea and Jeromy were on very different schedules. Jeromy was working full-time and Zea herself was a full-time student. Even so, they found time to spend with each other. Jeromy called Zea one afternoon and asked if they would be able to get ice cream on Friday before her dinner plans. Zea agreed that would be fun and when the day came, she just so happened to be dressed nice! Zea got into his car and Jeromy drove towards the stadium. Upon getting out of the car, Zea was pretty confused. But when they got to the football field, there was no ice cream! Jeromy had set up a little picnic and asked Zea to marry him!
