FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ariel Zdun and Austin Hildebrandt
The venue is on private property so here are a few rules and some common questions. 1) Simply put, do not litter. Not only is it bad for the natural ecosystem, but respect the owner's property. There will be garbage disposals near the bar, table areas, and other spaces with balloons attached so you can't miss it! 2) There are restrooms for a reason. 3) Leave the place as it was when you arrived, if not better.
Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be blocked off with signs and balloons so you can't miss it.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

June 30th, 2023. You can RSVP through the next tab above (top right), your invitation, or the QR code on your invitation. Please try to use one of these three options as personal messages tend to be missed by me (my apologies in advance, but I warned you..).

Question

Where can I find the QR code?

Answer

The QR code will be on the bottom right of your invitation. Open up your back-facing camera and point it at the QR code. It should lead you to our RSVP link where you can search for your name and RSVP to the events you'll be able to attend. Hope to hear from you soon!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. As this is private property we ask that you respect the owner's privacy and only share the address with those presented on your invite/RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Try to arrive 15-30 minutes before the 4 pm ceremony time. - For those who love to chit-chat and scout out who's all coming, try to aim towards 3:30 pm. - We also understand it's a Friday and there are people who may always run behind (we're those people...), but try to plan at least 15 minutes - account for some pesky run lights and a possible train - into an arrival time of 3:45 pm. - If there is no usher to seat you grab a seat in the back where we have reserved a few seats --again, we've been late but if the maid of honor is down the aisle, let's take time management classes together. xoxo

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If comfortable, specify the food allergy on your RSVP. We will try our best to avoid it/will inform our team to be aware of its containment. No vegetarian option, but you can create a yummy salad from the taco bar! Specify that you will take this option by marking ONLY SALAD on your RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think business casual - no jeans or graphic shirts (plaid button-up is okay).
