I received my invitation, now what?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15. If your child(ren) or a plus one are invited, it will be listed once you begin the RSVP process. Please review all FAQs and different tabs of the website, as many questions have been addressed and resources/info provided.

Answer

Both Ceremony and Reception will be held outdoors at "The Pond House", family property located at 1019 Stallion Way, Union Kentucky 41091. There will be parking available in designated marked areas. Please be courteous of the neighbors when parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is outdoor cocktail, please bear in mind this is an outdoor wedding (in grass). We would appreciate a fall color palette (black, dark blue, burgundy, burnt orange, etc.). Please no green, bright colors, or obviously white.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 530pm, please be IN YOUR SEAT by 515pm

Can I take photos?

Answer

The ceremony will be phones free! An announcement will be made when all phones need to be put away before the ceremony begins, and you can resume phone use/photo taking after it concludes. We have done extensive research and gone through a long selection process of choosing our photographer, and we would like her to be able to work uninterrupted and be the one to get "the shot", that is what we are paying her for after all.

Will there be food and beverage service?

There will be hors d'oeuvres out during cocktail hour, followed by a self serve Italian dinner at 7pm. We will have a small assortment of beer, seltzers, and liquor in addition to water and soft drinks.
