Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle service providing transportation to the ceremony in the beginning of the day and back to hotels near the end of the reception. Shuttle will be doing pick up/ drop off from the Hampton Inn and Suites Flint/Grand Blanc. Shuttle Schedule: Leave for ceremony: Pick Up @ Hampton Inn and Suites Flint/Grand Blanc. 3:45pm Return to Hampton Inn and Suites Flint/Grand Blanc: (Leaving from venue) 9:00pm 10:00pm 11:00pm 12:30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Grab that old suit/dress from the back of your closet and dust it off! The official dress code for all events is semi formal required. Please refrain from jeans or shorts and hues of green for the wedding party as well as white for the bride!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4pm to ensure you are seated on time. The earlier you arrive the better seat you will get to view the grooms tears of joy. Light refreshments will be served before the ceremony. We invite you to arrive promptly, grab a drink, and find your seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! There is onsite parking for the event, an attendant will be present to assist with the flow as well as a golf cart to assist with travel to the site.

Heck yeah there is! We can't wait to celebrate with all our loved ones!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the "RSVP" tab above and RSVP at any time after receiving formal invitation

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 13th 2025 (the brides birthday!).

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date . While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible. Especially because you don't want to miss this fun time:) UPDATE: Our RSVP deadline has now passed (June 13th), and we've finalized our guest count. We're truly sad that we won't get to celebrate with you on our special day!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will no longer make it , Please notify Camryn as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night to let your hair down and party!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photo and videos as you'd like! (especially the funny ones). A photobooth will also be present during reception!
