Philip and Zayna first met while he was looking for an apartment in Atlanta, Ga. Zayna caught Philips's eye while she showed him the community. Philip thought she was really into him until he realized she smiled at everyone that way. Zayna agreed to a date with him, and the rest is history! Philip and Zayna share a love of God, family, and traveling. They traveled to five countries in their first year of being together. Their love grew on the principle of "it's only us"! When they are strong in their commitment to each other, they can bless the people around them. Philip proposed to Zayna at her favorite restaurant in Tulum, Mexico - Taboo. Friends and family surrounded them, and the entire restaurant celebrated with them. Strangers cried and toasted the newly engaged couple; the entire scene was magical!
