When and where is the wedding?

We are so excited to celebrate our marriage on February 27, 2027, at Hotel Xcaret Mexico in Playa del Carmen. We chose this location not only for its incredible natural beauty but also for its brand-new grand expansion and the vast inclusivities it offers. Our goal is for this to be a seamless, high-end experience for all our favorite people!

How do I book my room?

To be part of our wedding group and receive the "All-Fun Inclusive" benefits, all guests must book through Yellow Umbrella. Booking through our partner ensures you are included in our room block and receive the maximum available perks. You can choose to pay for your trip in installments rather than all at once. Questions? When do I have to book my room?

Answer

Initial Reservation: A deposit of $250 per person is required to reserve your room. August 25, 2026: Deadline to book within our room block! A payment equal to 2 nights of your stay is due by this date. November 3, 2026: Full payment of your trip is due.

What exactly is "All-Fun Inclusive"?

Answer

Hotel Xcaret is unlike most all-inclusives. Your booking includes: - Unlimited Park Access: Free admission and transportation to all 8 Xcaret parks (including Xel-Há, Xplor, and Xenses). - Endless Adventure: Snorkeling, Zip-lining, underground river rafting, and cave exploring are all included. - 20+ Gourmet Restaurants - 16 Different Pools: Including rooftop infinity pools, winding lagoons, and private beach coves. - Premium Drinks & Nightlife - Airport Shuttles: Roundtrip transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the resort is fully taken care of.

What does the "Festivities" schedule look like?

While the big day is Saturday, the celebration isn't just one night! We will have organized festivities running from Friday through Monday. We’d love for you to join us for as much of the weekend as your schedule allows. To fully enjoy the resort, the parks, and the wedding events without feeling rushed, we recommend traveling Thursday to Tuesday if you are able.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Our ceremony will take place inside the beautiful All Angels Chapel situated at the highest point of the Xpiral Pyramid. Following the ceremony, we will move to Caleta Fuego for an outdoor reception in a sandy beach area.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

The dress code is Tropical Formal. Think flowy maxi dresses and breathable fabrics—paired with beach-friendly footwear like wedges or block heels for our sandy reception. For the Ceremony: Since we will be in a church, please dress accordingly avoiding shorts/flip flops.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

All guests traveling from the U.S. to Mexico must have a valid passport. Please check your expiration date—most countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. If you need to renew, we recommend doing so at least 6–9 months in advance.
