The ceremony will be starting at 4pm, so please arrive 20-30 minutes prior, for parking and to get seated. Please be considerate of our starting time.

Parking is Self-Parking as The Jasper is Downtown. It is available in the adjacent Block 9-Ramp at 226 5th St N, Fargo, ND 58102 and using the 2nd floor skyway to enter the Jasper Hotel. It is free evenings starting at 6pm and Weekends starting at 6 PM Friday through 6 AM Monday morning.
Will food be provided? Yes! A plated dinner will be served between 6:00–8:00 PM. Guests will choose one of the following entrée options: • Seared Salmon with wild rice pilaf, vegetable medley, and lemon caper beurre blanc • Roasted Chicken Breast with chicken jus, crispy roasted garlic potatoes, and braised greens Kids Meals: Chicken Strips and Fries Will there be food during cocktail hour? No food will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will begin at 6:00 PM. We encourage guests to enjoy a meal beforehand so they’re comfortable until dinner is served at 6:00pm. What drinks will be available? • Water & Lemonade will be available throughout the evening • We will have a selection of drinks for our guests to enjoy including a Keg of Blue Moon, Soft Drinks, and a limited amount of Alcoholic beverages. These are provided with love and are meant to last for the evening. Once gone, additional drinks can be purchased from the bar. • No food will be served during the reception portion of the evening
If your invitation includes a plus-one, or their name specifically, they’re absolutely welcome! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we stay within our venue’s capacity.
Our wedding will be family-friendly. We just kindly ask that little ones are supervised and mindful of noise or playfulness during the ceremony and reception so everyone can enjoy the day.
Yes, photos are allowed! We just ask that phones be kept on silent or vibrate, and that anyone taking pictures is mindful of our photographer's space so she can capture the day without interruptions.
We are planning on the Ceremony & Reception being indoors in the Continental Ballroom. We will also have the Cocktail Hour in the Hall, and depending on weather, there may be high top tables out on the Terrace to enjoy. Fargo's typical average daytime temperature highs of around 80 degrees, not usually exceeding 90 degrees. The typical average nighttime temperature lows around 57 degrees, rarely dipping below 43 degrees.
We won't be providing transportation for guests, so please plan your own travel to and from the venue. Nearby hotels may offer shuttle options, and rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are also great choices. We recommend checking with your accommodations or planning ahead to see what works best for you.
Our reception will wrap up at midnight. Cleanup begins right after that, so we kindly ask guests to start heading out at that time. Thank you for helping us end the night smoothly!
The early part of the evening will be suitable for all ages. After 10:30pm, as the dance floor heats up, the playlist may include some more "grown-up" favorites.
Yes! Seating will be assigned to accommodate our plated dinner service and ensure everyone receives their selected entrée. A seating chart will be displayed at the wedding for guests to reference.
Yes, but totally optional! Cards are easy to bring, and our registry is also available online if that’s easier for you.
